CONTACT WINE TO ONE

Start with the problem, not a perfect brief.

A short form, then a free twenty-minute call. What you send arrives before the call and I read it first, so the twenty minutes go on your situation, not on introductions. No pitch, no obligation.

WHAT TO WRITE

Three things. No polish required.

What is happening. What feels stuck. What decision you are trying to make next.

That is the whole brief. Plain sentences beat a prepared document, and half-formed is fine; finding the shape of the problem is what the call is for.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Read first. Then the call.

I read every enquiry myself and reply by email to arrange the call usually within 2 working days. Nothing you send is handled by a team or a tool. The person reading it is the person you will speak to.

FAQ

What if the problem is hard to name?
Then the form is working as intended. Most enquiries start half-formed: a number that will not move, a pattern nobody can explain, a question that keeps coming back without an answer. Name what you can see.

Does it have to be the form? No. A direct email works, and so does LinkedIn; cover the same three things and it reaches me the same way. The form is simply the faster route to a useful call.

Is the call really free?
Yes: free, twenty minutes, and not a pitch. Either way, the call itself commits you to nothing.

Where is Wine To One based?
London. The work is international and calls run wherever you are.
